It isn't, Li should most probably also have been cleared as was the German ponger, the Mexican football squad, the MTB'ers, etc. But somehow I don't think that coincides with your idea of fair and equal.

As a long time doper, i would take clen at the end of the season as it was not going to be useful for next season and I paid big bucks for it. As i was going to start next season at TdU i thought it'll help keep me lean and ready for early season in 2014.

No. I'm simply refuting that this verdict somehow gives riders the opportunity to dope with clen in China with impunity. As a result of his positive he lost his race result there and got suspended for half a year.

And i think Rogers will consider this a result. He doped and got away with it. He lost a race win and missed a few months, but if you consider most riders dont race a full season anymore, it is no biggie. He has 3 GTs ahead of him(if he wished to ride all 3) never mind Romandie, Tour de Suisse, Worlds, Lombardia.

He's on a team owned by Oleg Tinkov who supports the use of doping and the head DS is Bjarne Riis. And Rogers himself has been brought into contact with the Freiburg investigation and Dr Ferrari. I think it's highly unlikely he ever raced clean.
