Him. Majka, Bodnar,Sagan,Velits, Stybar, Koenig, Barta should be must here. :D

It would be just owesome to see them in our countries.

I know that it is not good idea how to prepare themselves for Pomferada but ..

The parcour was made for him, not Majka (poor choice by organizers), but please dont. Just get off the bike already, stay off of it until september and then do some high altitude training....

You are right. Tour of Poland has worst possible date is case you ride Tour and still want to prepare yourself for another peak.

On the other hand I would like Sagan to see Sagan winning GC and Tour of Poland and Eneco looks like best possible targets.

There is no way he can prepare another peak.

And yeah, I think Sagan could do really well, although there is a TT at the end so time bonuses he can get on the stages might not be enough to stop better time trialist from winning

This is Kwiatkowskis problem every year. He can do almost o everything and has to choose which races are most important to him (and his team/sponsors). He has not figured it out yet. His klack of form this TDF is evidence of that.
He had a brilliant classics campaign, but struggled afterwards, cause he did not take a (long enough) break.

That's his team's fault more than his actually.

Vuelta gotta be the worst race for him. Just a bunch of MTFs. Or perhaps ASO will fiddle with the design a bit.

I agree, if there is a GT for him, its TdF. I think he can become a diesel type climber like Evans, Wiggins. Anybody knows the route for 2015? How many TTs, multio-mountian stages, etc?

I would do something like this:

Algarve, Omloop, Le Samyn, PN (maybe Bianchi before if he wants to defend title), MSR, Pais Vasco (throw in some cobbles before maybe?), Ardennes.....loooong rest.

Now, it depends from TdF 2015 route. If first week is light then maybe screw Dauphine and just do Route de Sud and National championships to get some race days and then just ride into form in first week. In this case he should be ready for Tour de pologne as well if route suits him

If improtant stages happen iin first week then do Dauphine and TdF.

So? It's still excellent training ground for Worlds and the fall classics. Ofc he shouldn't go for GC in GTs, he should stage hunt.

I think its a lot of wasted days to get in shape for a guy who can win races.
I don't expect many of the stages at the Vuelta to suit him in terms of stage wins.

I think a lot depends on Steppers plan with Uran and Cav next year.

Anyway I prefer Kwia goes the cobbles route rather than the Ardennes way. Yea, an egoistic view.

The reason for why he has been climbing so poorly in the high mountains has been figured out....His bike fit was incorrect.

He is quite a decent tt'er when the route is not too long and he has something to ride for.

According to interview that Lang (Tour de Pologne director) just gave to Polish Radio, Michał Kwiatkowski will not ride in Poland.

In my opinion it's very good decision, no matter how disapointing for fans in Poland.

It's 25km TT though. Also, stage 5 isnt exactly suited for Sagan and not sure if time bonuses will be enough to make that up. Anyway, up until stage 4 it will be a snoozefest with nice views and some attacks from Polish riders that are doomed to fail. If Kwiatko was in 90% of his best shape he would be a winner here, but thats not the case. Him not riding sucks for organizers, luckily Majka kind of became popular over last couple of weeks so they can get over it :D

I cant really pick anyone. It will all depend how hard are stage 5&6 raced

Kwiatkowski's withdrawal from TdP is not disappointing as we all saw he had no energy left at the end of TdF. That was my concern before the Tour and it happened. I hope he will recover well and plan his next season much better!

I think he will do a few classics (maybe not even them) and the worlds. That's it for him this year. Very strong spring, but too tired afterwards. They need to plan his schedule better. Second year in a row where he was completely empty after an early promising start.
