What is going on? A Milano Sanremo break that's been given only three minutes at 45 kph? What has happened to the days of 12 minute advantages and 35 kph average speed until the Capi. Disgraceful
Sad times indeed. Kids these days have no respek

Milan San Remo is a race where riders coast around for 5 and a half hours (joking and chatting as if they're friends) and things only get serious for the last 53 minutes (gloves off, no prisoners, does your mother stitch?). Maybe the forum could mimic the race and only start the bickering and back-stabbing in the finale.
They just showed some riders chatting and laughing, all is well with the universe.

Except for what looks like a black loincloth Polti's special edition jerseys look like something the Australian national team would wear... any significance to the choice of colors?

Tobias Lund Andresen will win this bike race.
He's had a cold leading up to the race and has never done this kind of distance before, so it's doubtful.

He's one to watch in future though, same type of rider as Pedersen and Philipsen, but climbs a little better than the latter.

Since last MSR I think?
Seems like every time I see the front he is pulling.
I thought he was done for the day as he had dropped back to the team car, but there he is again with his nose in the wind. (I think Dillier has won the "hardest working man in the peloton" award for the day.)
