Is this the "Edited by Mod" thread? Have you guys been naughty?
In all honesty, ICBB here as there will be close to 1000 posts, by the time the dust has settled in San Remo.
Much too much ado about something.

I didn't think we had been naughty.

Recap: after LA withdrew wonderlance said the race is now boring, and asked if there were other english speaking cancer survivors in the race.

Newbie took the bait. I told newbie to get the hook out of his/her mouth. Then, carpet-deletioning.

According to Cycling Manager, this is the result

1 Tyler Farrar Garmin - Transitions 7h20'40 2 Edvald Boasson Hagen Sky Professional Cycling Team s.t. 3 Gerald Ciolek Team Milram s.t. 4 Mark Cavendish Team HTC - Columbia s.t. 5 Murilo Fischer Garmin - Transitions s.t. 6 Anthony Geslin Française des Jeux s.t. 7 Daniele Bennati Liquigas - Doimo s.t. 8 André Greipel Team HTC - Columbia s.t. 9 Tom Boonen Quickstep s.t. 10 Óscar Freire Rabobank s.t.
(I played as Fdjeux)

Hmm, somehow I think the game is wrong. ;)

If not him maybe another German they are on right now.

Eisel? Sieberg? I was kidding about Greipel, who seems to have been installed as a favourite despite not actually riding in the race.

Might as well get my predicitons in, Gilbert if it breaks up or Boonen in a sprint. Hardly going out on a limb, I know.

+1

I kind of do want tomeke to win and i kind of don't. I'm very much against drug addicts who make silly choices but i do like to see actual champions make a strong comeback after a tough year

Shame LLS is not riding. he could go away on the poggio and stay away.

In my game a few years ago it had Santiago Botero winning the TdF (2005). I mean come on!

Either that, or he suddenly realized that a runny colon would guarantee that he'd finish last. .... :p

Even healthy he would still just be going through the motions

It's because you quoted the WL post which Susan deemed ridiculous.

Tyler Farrar is on my Virtual Director Sportif team and always finishes one spot away from earning me points. My only prediction for the whole race is that he'll finish 11th.

Nope Susan, they don't, I could've made one, but i was too lazy.

Anyway, as much as cycling manager produces suprising results, none of them are as suprising as cycling in real life. Always suprises happening there

Today, I have a feeling it will not be a bunch sprint and we will see a suprise. If it is a bunchsprint either Boonen or Freire will take it
