I didn't. I knew I was wrong when I did things to get banned, and that I deserved to be banned for them (well, there was one time...but, water under the bridge, right?). Anyway, that is why I am a better person than you. I know the truth of my actions, and am willing to take the consequences. Whining that I thought what I was doing was right is really childish fantasy land. We're adults here, and should act as such. I only wish there were more like me.

Good post Chewie.
This post needs your Greipel meme. So much.

Good post Netserk

I'm sick of this rubbish that it was so much better before. I've seen the likes of polish, bpc, and one guy in 09 who lost the plot with a threat so bad...I won't repeat it but anyone who read it knows what I am talking about.
Was it this forum or another where a guy came on the forum defending lance but saying he couldn't type as he was crying so much as someone close to him has just died that night from cancer...yet he wanted to post first...point being that it I've seen other forums like bike radar and velorooms...no between whatsoever.

You think and speak only in terms of the Clinic.
A normal forum should be about so much more.
The prr section here was so much better a few years back.
Every road race noted and commented upon.
No live action missed.
Now, it's a shadow of it's former self.
Velorooms way ahead in terms of info, if not number of posts.
Quality, as opposed to quantity.
If "between" means what it usually means, then they have it covered, whereas here, it just gets covered over.

FWIW I think it's a fair enough warning. EnacheV hasn't posted any single thing deserving of a ban but they also haven't contributed anything of worth for quite a while.

I think EnacheV and a very select few other posters are still trying to grasp the fact that it's widely accepted most WT riders dope to some extent and a) can't accept that Sky are like the rest of the pro peloton and b) nobody else is jumping up and down defending their favourite riders and teams.

It's not the end of the world but it can be disruptive.

The highlighted applies to quite a few people who post in the clinic then. Posting the same few phrases/claims over and over and over hardly constitues contributing anything worthwhile. Yet they are the one's who shout the loudest, the sneering group.

Look at your post count since 2011, look at my post count since 2009. Clearly the meaning of irony is lost on you, lol.
Lol, by same 'logic' Hitch and Libertine also just repeats themselves....

Why come here then? Since Saturday last how many times have you posted negativity about the forum? Yet the irony here is that you are adding nothing with those posts yourself.

Where was the comparison?

I clearly mentioned the 'sneering group' in my first post, the likes of Hitch, Libertine, hrotha and a few others are not part of that group.

Good post Chewie.

This might be my favourite post ever on this forum.

Because I find your contribution here, optimistic, upbeat and intellectually uplifting.

Honestly, you should stay. I think you debate extremely well in the Sky threads. Giving them the much needed flavour. I too was tiring of posters picking out nondescript elements as indicators of doping.

My position remains the same but would ask if you'd stay longer than a few posts.

even the guys that sometimes go over the top are usually good or valuable ..it would be a shame if the continual practice of trollkraft and one-ups takes over and sinks all the threads.

If you think about it..this forum is usually known by most in the cycling world..sad if it were to implode like a star..
leaving nothing but a black hole

few things are nicer than pictures of stars exploding.. well apart from pictures of Froome pushing sprinters and climbing sideways.

but I guess there will be no more of that now, with the new Zen-Hog. :(

I was actually being sincere. I hate echo chambers. I prefer when we have posters to debate with. Much better when there's active discussions. Melo fights a good fight without getting nasty.

And if Froome goes full regard again, don't worry, hog will be posting photos of sideways Froome!

Sometimes I find myself walking down the street and I start laughing out loud about Froome and how ridiculous he is. I just shake my head and say 'Froome is cleans, Froome is cleans'.

And if art is going to imitate real life then I've discovered that the predictive text on my iPhone now predicts 'cleans', rather than 'clean'. That is truely awesome.

Also Farryman should temperate his all knowing crystal ball. Whatever you say, if he doesn't like you, he starts to give troll labels left right and center, even if nobody felt that way and nobody asked for his judgement.

No, he doesn't, and you tend to do what he says, constantly.

And, as you well know, it's Ferryman ;)

Get out of this thread. You are in the wrong thread. Trolling again?

Ferryman and some other mods style is responsible for this patronizing and insulting style, agravating by the fact that new forum members are bullied.

This happens when mods behave poorly.

Poor mod behavior is not having banned ianstannard already. Wirral is right. He has been trolling since his first post. The comment wirral responded to proves exactly that. Saying Porte, Contador and Kwia will be 'up there' on the final climb of Paris-Nice when he knows exactly they are in Tirreno (he has posted in the tirreno thread before) is pure trolling. Inoffencive or not, it is still quite annoying.

The constant complaints in race threads is now also becoming annoying, if people could just ignore/report posts they think are trolling it would be appreciated.

if you troll in 99% of your posts, you cant expect anyone to take that last % seriously.

I think that is a wee bit over the top EnacheV. I moderate lightly on here and try to bear in mind how things come across from a poster who does not have English as their first language. Left, right and center is just nonsense.

Personals also do not come in to it. I think you are still aggrieved with me because you think I banned you a while ago, which I did not. I've not actually banned any active member during my stay as a Mod. Reckless eh!
