You must really love bike radar, you read it so much

I can't understand people's problem with that place. Reading a bit myself in the past, like anywhere I don't agree with everything they have to say but they're many guys over there that actually speak a bit of sense on some topics.

I think it says a lot about the person themselves that they like to call people retards for a simple sporting disagreement.

I can think of 4 posters on here who like to throw this *** comment around and nothing is done about it.

I'm g uessing calling them bikeretard or whatever didn't help your case.
Why? Besides Wallace & G and some others that site is actually full of moronic idiots who I suspect of having posters of their favourite riders above their beds.

W&G is okay though.

its a fascinating place. the perfect example of what happens when a group of delusional people lose contact with the outside world and start believing their own absurd ideas.

Do the "dont advertise your site on CN" rules not apply to sceptic? Its been clear for years the guy is depserately trying to increase traffic to that other site by posting about them every week on her without stop.

Gentle(wo)men ,
Please desist with sticking the knife in each other. This particular request has now been made too often.

Cheers

true story

on a slightly different note,
one of the lamest things reoccurring in the Clinic is certain posters without any apparent interest in the topic of a given thread entering that thread and telling the main contributors to that thread to stop posting.
i'm thinking of rownhamhill, kingjr and nick777 in the windy mountain thread. sorry for singling you guys out, but you've provided the most recent examples that spring to mind.
so to be sure, the same phenomenon is occurring regularly in other threads.
posters only dropping in to take some high moral ground.
could these guys/girls mind their own boring business?

.... the handful of posters who drop into the Armstrong thread to heckle anyone who posts there? Dropping in to take some high moral ground....could these guys/girls mind their own boring business?

The Windy mtn thread is designed for trolling. I can understand why some would like to see it die

apologies, kingjr, i got you confused with another poster.
and good post in the tailwind thread, indeed that should've been a PM from Nick777, if anything.

there's a handful of posters, you and Digger included, that spice this place up tremendously and whose posts I enjoy tremendously (which doesn't mean always agreeing, of course).
So if Nick-nobody comes in here to tell Digger to stop posting, it gets me off my seat and it would've gotten me off my seat if he'd said that about you, all the same.
On the topic of tailwind, I do think you're taking a disproportional amount of flack in that thread. Yes, I wish you would give Sky more of a hard time:D, but I think you've taken enough time to clarify your viewpoint wrt Froome.
Chapeau for keeping your head up in that tailwind thread, in spite of the headwind. I've enjoyed the discussion.

@Sniper: you could always try to ignore those posts?
