I had already taken you off the hook so if anyone is listening, you are fair game again.
I am confident that Chris was being sarcastic, if only because he almost always was.
I had forgotten about Sportchick's little hissy, that was just awesome.

You guys were mean. It does get a bit tiresome when you always make the same old comments bagging a rider and then gang up on that poster who supports that rider because you think it is funny and you get kicks out of it.

That's kind of the inherent risk when you choose to be a fan of a rider rather than a fan of cycling.;)

maybe you should add yourself to the top of that list for making an idiotic thread about something Cav said of which you were completely wrong. Epic fail!

What is perhaps an even epic (er) fail is that that is on the list. Its actually in the post you quote.

Read the post ACF ffs :p

Oh and i did put myself at the top. The original numbering was mistake which i quickly corrected.

you can add me to that list for joining the forum still thinking cunego was underperforming in GT's :p

ofc after that i became flawless and awesome

also since this has turned into a "forum member of the year award" for the best and worse posters i would like to nominate libertine as best poster eva. mostly cus he makes me look like a noob in portuguese cycling knowledge XD

p.s. i was looking at the guys that already voted. . . have you ever noticed how many people vote on this polls but never ever post?

I think we need a seperate thread for that. CNF poster of the year. or should this idea be added to my list of contrition?

Not sure if I should be offended or flattered that you didn't include me in that one! :D

I voted 'other' for Spartacus for putting an end to the racing in the Ardennes stage of the TdF.

Both stupid and the kind of thing I would expect an 8-12 year old kid to do 'Its my ball and you're not playing with it' etc

Eh? Are you sure you've got that the right way round?

I don't quite see how Cancellara is a moron for saving his team leader's tour. Surely the morons were all the others in the lead group who didn't tell him to go neutralise himself.

The moron is Menchov. He would've won the Tour since Contador will probably get disqualified now. I'm sure Menchov doesn't mind to get a free GT win.

No, it's not a superpower. Here it is the worst punishment you can get. A lot worse than a banning.

Rui Costa moron of the year?! More like lad of the year, his flying front wheel attack was my highlight of the year.

Doing what?

The moronic bit was when he sat back to have a drink while Canc was a the front and did nothing while Canc went on the attack see here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-1v5muNUIo

Agree.

You are a bad man for persuading ACF to make a thread about his lame arsed meeting with cuddles, when you knew that he would look like a complete tool.
Funny though. Wish I had thought of it.

Well, I was going to say Patty. However, while he is an enormous a$$ and I would not be surprised if he were uber-corrupt, someone who is making a killing doing what he is doing is likely not a moron (besides, I do not want to give him that easy way out ... I think he means to do exactly what he is doing!)

Next I was going to say Phil, but apparently he sells his schtick quite well, so while I think he sounds foolish and says some things that are wrong, he keeps laughing to the bank.

So, I'll go with assaulting someone with a wheel at the finish line. That was pretty moronic! :p

As an honourable mention, I'll add any time team politics and whining spill into the public domain, it ends up sounding pretty moronic (and even more so when it is local amateur teams) :D

Rui Costa without a doubt.

Initiating a fight and using a wheel as a shield / weapon. Total moron move!
Late to the party, but it was Barredo that brought the wheel. Costa wrestled it from his hands, and that's why he has it in the photo.

As you see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFvbefsDN00 Barredo comes wailing in with the wheel first.

My idiot moment of the year: Michele Scarponi showboating to the finishing line in stage 4 of Tirreno-Adriatico, only to then lose the race on placings because Garzelli got level on time using bonus seconds.

Arguably the bigger idiot came in a few seconds behind Scarponi on that stage ;)

Vaugrenard? Nah, loads of people have done that. Of the people doing that this year the biggest idiots have been Lieuwe Westra (winning a bunch sprint of nobody) and Danilo Hondo (in the Giro, winning a sprint for 3rd, with the person who finished 2nd rolling over the line just in front of him).

I know it's been done before, thank you.
