Blood delivery via motorcycle to USPS (Landis refrigerated panniers/Hamilton in his book).

i.e. Mr. Rest Day Blood Bags.

Vaughters: They draw the blood right after the Dauphine.

Andreu: How do they sneak it in, or keep it until needed? I'm sure it's not with the truck in the fridge.

Vaughters: Motorcycle – refrigerated panniers. On the rest day. Floyd has a photo of the thing.

http://www.cbc.ca/sports/indepth/landis/

[Floyd denies possession of said photo]

In Tyler's book a footnote reveals that once they switched to frozen, the Blood Bags could travel unrefrigerated for up to 8 hours before they became risky.

the post-dauphine-bloodwithdrawal is straight from bruyneels book.
I find it striking that JV knows stuff likes this + speaks about it openly, but refuses to join the dots on contador and sky. very credible

I could be wrong but that looks like Lance's Lightspeed TT bike (repainted and decaled with the word "Trek") that he rode in the 1999 Tour.

Based on that, when was the photo taken? At Lance's bike shop or Motoman's? Who has Lance's `99 TT bike now? Lance, Motoman, or someone else?

Based on the evidence, USADA should have probably interviewed this guy. Did they try?

What is all the fuzz with this Motoman? Is he a dope dealer/transporter?
He was carrying bags of blood on the Tour for USPS according to Tyler Hamilton.
EDIT: Beaten, thread moving at quick pace.
for accuracy's sake. the bolded bit is not in the book.

first the motoman is introduced in chapter 5 (page 80) as a handyman taking care of armstrong house garden etc. a couple of pages later his true role was described by lance himself - to carry and drop off epo (not blood bags yet) on his motorcycle. it was 1999 and the first blood bags - at least those described by tyler in his book for the postal team - were not used untill 2000.

the motoman may very well have carried the blood bags too , but there was no mention of him doing so in the book.

Bearing in mind Yates retired in 1996 it's unlikely he'll have any tracks as you're suggesting.

Tracks are scars. They don't just go away.
