Blind Guardian - Valhalla
Live version of maybe the best (or at least my favourite) song of this great German heavy metal band. I even became interested in Scandinavian mythology after had listened to this song :) pure magic
And another one, from their latest album:

Was thinking the other day about if you could only link one music video that defines yourself; what would it be?

Here's mine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BLcCM8nPYQ

Growing up in Minneapolis during the 'Purple' years (80's-90's) I was more into Hardcore Punk and Crossover Metal instead. Saw Cro-Mags live in '87, one of hundreds of shows I've seen at 1st Ave/7th Street Entry. Ironically enough where the 'Purple' one got his start.

This won't appeal to those of you into all this weird modern sh!te, but to all others, especially Europeans who may never have heard of her before, I commend to your attention the very wonderful, the astonishingly gorgeous, the truly multi-talented, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals!!:D

First, an astonishing Blondie cover that she only does live - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmNeWTGrXXg

Her (first ever) flash video big 'hit' from last year's cd - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHlhOgQ36m8

God, I just love a Hammond organ!

Now the Grace that I first fell for, before fancy productions and hit cds - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzPeTC7bH6E

(No, I am not aware of any photos of Grace on a bike.)

WARNING: This is probably the most redneck, hillbilly song that the United States has ever produced, but it's a "classic".

Old Crow Medicine Show: Wagon Wheel

Never mind, just couldn't post in good conscience.

Once upon a time, when the world went through the grunge era and the last mega-popular hard rock band Guns n’Roses was in the peak of popularity, in London, another noticeable band was created. The lead singer Danny Bowes and the left-handed guitarist (it really looks special) Luke Morley gathered the band called THUNDER. The genre they play in is the hard rock with a huge impact of the blues.

Thunder – Gimme Shelter (the best ever cover of this great Rolling Stones song)

Thunder – Low Life In High Places (simply for the soul)

Thunder – Don't Wait For Me (one of the multiple rock ballads by them, one of my favourite and live)

Thunder – Loser (a bit older but still rocks)

Thunder - I Love You More Than Rock 'n' Roll (from their latest album dated 2008)
