You Contador fans really do deserve all the hate you get in this forum...
As does Quintana :)
I suggest you log off. Because this meltdown, while hilarious, isn't normal behaviour tbh.
Lol, what meltdown? I am just annoyed Zaka got robbed of his victory and Quintana fans celebrating it is quite pathetic.
But go ahead, I know it's easier to just treat me like an emotional wreck than to address my points

What points really if you cooldown? Quintana isnt in the jury if anyone is to be blamed it is the jury and noone else!

No one who obsesses about a cyclist the same way a 15-year old would obsess about Justin Beaver can be normal.
I've reported your post. I suggest you stop with the personal insults.

This is hilarious from someone calling Quintana a whiner :D But please, don't take it personally. The last thing I want to do in a cycling forum is to insult someone passionate about cycling too.

As blackmamba said, he's a whiner and a wheelsucker and might I also add incredibly uncharismatic. I can't believe I used to be a fan of this loser

You are incredible, Flo. Truly incredible.

I guess all this *******t really comes from the fact that Quintana has beaten Contador regularly over the last couple of seasons and is widely being considered as the world's best climber. You simply can't stand that :)
I love Zaka and dislike Quintana and now Zaka is unjustly relegated and Quintana has gotten the win handed to him. Of course I am annoyed.

As for Contador vs Quintana - there really is no contest. Quintana is lightyears away from Contador's level of greatness, so I have no reason to be concerned.

"Stop trolling.
What a loser. He should go ask the jury to reverse the decision if he has any class or decency. Idiotic decision and a hollow victory. Hopefully Zaka crushes him tomorrow."

"Great being such a horrible sprinter. If you complain enough it might earn you a few wins!"

"As blackmamba said, he's a whiner and a wheelsucker and might I also add incredibly uncharismatic. I can't believe I used to be a fan of this loser :roll eyes:"

"At the very least Andy had more charisma than a dead tortoise."

"As does Quintana :)"

Yup, what great "points" you are delivering in this thread

Lol....over the last couple of years they've both beaten each other. Get your facts straight.

The jury acted because Quintana complained. Of course the jury is at fault here, they are most to blame, but Quintana could go up to them and say, hey, sorry, it was all in the heat of the moment, there was enough space and I just couldn't outsprint them. Instead, he's celebrating this hollow victory.

So calling me "not normal" wasn't mean as a personal insult?

Great ride today, he is lot better than he was last year here. But Zakarin looks as strong as Quintana and GC is far from over. There is also Pinot, although he was a little weaker than I thought.

Froome very bad, Spilak average, van Garderen too. Basically only Zakarin and maybe Pinot can challenge Quintana. ITT will be crucial as I don't believe that Zakarin will drop Quintana on Saturday.

Quintana looks strong. Unexpectedly so, he'll be stronger this year than he was last year I think. Plus, he seems to be closing the gap with Froome in terms of his ability to put Contador fans into meltdown mode, too.

So if we could go back to hating / loving Quintana instead of exchanging pointless snide remarks it'd be great.

Ta.

This is exactly your problem. Your ability to look at things objectively (or at least try) when there is a rider that you like or dislike involved is absolutely nonexistent.

Quintana is not a "loser", "whiner" or whatever because he raised his hand at Zakarin today. Zakarin almost made him crash in the last 50 metres ffs. And Quintana didn't make the decision, nor did he complain to the jury or in an interview post race. The gesture is clearly a sign of annoyance that he had to brake and steer to the side to avoid crashing and not a sign that he thinks he should be awarded the victory.

But you just can't see that

I didn't mean to say that he has surpassed Contador but he is clearly one of Contador's main rivals due to the fact that he is one of few riders in the world who can beat Contador regularly

What I meant to say was, go and prove me wrong, show me why Quintana is the rightful winner despite the fact that Zaka crossed the line first and there was more than enough room for Quintana to pass. Don't just make up some sort of nonexistent meltdown.

Ive been sayng for a while now that the Tour is gonne be betwen Quintana and Contador, Froome might be up there, but wont be good enough against a improved Quintana and a peaked Contador. And btw it wasnt unexpectedly at all if you watched Pais Vasco!

And im not a Contador fan so lets just straighten that out, im a realist and I simply appriciate greatness and only a baboon would not accept the fact that Contador is the greatest of our generation regardless of whom your a fanboy off....

I can't prove you wrong because I think it was a terrible decision by the jury as well. But you should seriously stop projecting your frustration towards Quintana, he didn't do ANYTING that any other rider in the peloton wouldn't do, his reaction was instinctive. So you should stop calling him all sorts of silly names when he hasn't done anything wrong. It's not his fault that he somehow benefitted from a bad decision from the jury

Is the rule it's OK to cross into someones line as long as you know they have enough room to go around?

Its not that Quintana didn't have space on his side, its that Zakarin moved to his side really quickly and could have caused a crash. What if it ended Quintana's season?

What do you mean he beats AC regularly? AC also beats him regularly. Right?

LaFlo at her best, justifying anything with weak arguments. A behavior only found in toddlers.

Why don't you answer her point. She is making an actual point.

What point? My comments are all across the forum regarding this finish, take the time to find them and read them well.

We are all agree to say Zakarin would've won with a straight sprint. However the contestation of Quintana must be respected, as much as the rider. Zakarin is very strong, it's a fact, but it's not the first time his way to ride is ambiguous, if he's a smart rider he won't do the same thing in the future.
