Anyone know if there will be any streams from the Italian or Dutch races?

There was one for the italian the last 2 years so probably will be again. And on sports livez I see there will be a stream from the Dutch, the Belgium and the France Road Race.

Yeah world cyclo cross champion, national cyclo cross champion, national TT champion and national RR champion in one year, at the age of 22. :D

Top 10 in PR is great, but I guess Boom showed more promise than just that back then.

Meh. He beat Joost Posthuma in the TT champs, Koos Moerenhout in the road champs, and cyclo cross is a Belgian hobby.

And he wasn't even technically a U23 anymore.

He made the classic cyclocross-champions mistake to think only PR is suitable. Just like Sven Nys earlier in his career.
While in fact, cyclocrossers seem to do best in very hilly stages (plenty of interval). That went for early-career Boom, that went for Sven Nys (watch Tour of Belgium..), that goes for Stybar and that also goes for Albert and recently even Pauwels (Kevin)....

I've always said Boom should refocus on his climbing and especially hills.. but I'm afraid he'll never do so and squander his career on some top 5 placings in Roubaix.

I thought that he was the second best at PR this year, albeit with some bad luck - mechanical at the wrong time, and cramp (?) in the velodrome.

Neo-Pro Jose Gonçalves won the portuguese elite itt championship, he was the u23 champion last year. it seems like the competition was far from the best it could have been on both the u23(no Rafael Reis it seems) and elite (no Costa, Oliveira, Machado, Paulinho) category

Rafael Reis came in as 6th in the U23 ITT. It's still not his season so far.
