Rui Costa just took the ITT champion title... lmao.

Why?

Also, Go Rui! Glad to see him take it. :) Agree, Movistar will be strong this Tour, and should do a great TTT.

I found this photo pretty funny. :D Poor Astana.

Yep, it is number 6 for Mizu The Veteran to become the champion in ITT discipline. I was expecting Gruzdev to give a fight, but he managed to finish in 10th spot, 06:15 behind the winner, some mechanical perhaps.
No Astana kit in the Kazakh national colours in the discipline for the season.
Grivko in Ukrain ITT could'nt make it. At least Kangert could deliver another brilliant performance.

I meant, ''rofl'', sry. Why? Because it was just fun to see him take it without any real treats. People were saying Hugo Sabido was a real one (treat) yet Costa placed over a minute on him. :D I wonder how the jersey will look like

Ah, make sense. Yeah, probably a pretty easy win for him.
Movistar actually didn't do too bad on Dowsett's GB TT champ jersey this year, so the jersey might not be too bad.

mizurov is one of the last truly old school soviet baztards. look at those hands, if he didn't race a bike, he would probably chop woods in some god forbidden village. that is a tough as nails bike rider

nice one for rui costa. movistar will be such a force for le tour,
he will take the road race too i guess

He will but it is most likely to end up in a mass sprint.

Will Contador race his nat ch?

The belgian should be a good one, i'm putting my money on meersman. I think Boonen won't make it.

I doubt he wins the road race, its too flat

Damn it. I missread what jens wrote. When he said ''He will take'' i tought he was saying 'He will participate'. Basicly what i was trying to say is that it is impossible for him to take it because of the profile.:eek::eek: Silly me.

The broadcast for the Estonian national championships RR starts in exactly 2 hours, in here: http://sport.delfi.ee/news/jalgratt...tlusi-jalgratturite-grupisoidus.d?id=66326632

E: Kangert just retired (definitely not injured), he wasn't very excited about even racing, he wanted the TT title and just help Taaramae (or Joeaar) to the RR jersey so we could see it on Eurosport for the year :).

E: Haha, apparently he had ridden the first 50km with his brake on and he noticed that only after when he retired. What a beast.

E: Joeaar also retired so it's going to go down to Taaramae trying desperately to drop the sprinters
