Great to see great riders winning the nationals. Nothing against Tronet or Van Hecke but I like to see those jerseys at the front in the biggest races.

Why do the French organizers put the finish of race at the simultaneous with the Euro?
They should have plotted the finish 2 hours earlier
At least we are guaranteed a French winner here
;)

What is it supposed to mean ?

Ireland is currently winning 0-1 v:)
Not anymore mate :) . 2-1 it is now. And turning into a...clinic ;) ...

The start of the race has been advanced two hours FYI, to 9:30am. You couldn't do much earlier than that. Several riders complained. Sad that cycling is now third fiddle in French sports, even lost its tab on the top of l'Equipe's home page.

In elite men Franche-Comte got two golds, one bronze. I love it.

Meh, Valgren got mugged, Kamp just sat on his wheel the entire time - understandable as his teammate was ahead, but still leaves a sour taste.

Here's a resume: Alexander Kamp, favorite before the race, took the title easily and well deserved. His teammate Lasse Norman was in an earlier break, Valgren attacked from behind and Kamp could stay in his wheel until they caught Norman with ten kms to go. Kamp fastest, Valgren second, Norman third, second group with Cort, Juul-Jensen, Søren Kragh, Aaen, Sørensen etc. Really boring course.

Not really.....that's racing - Tinkoff have had the upper hand for several years having the benefit of being the biggest team, now with almost no Danes left Stölting was the team to beat.

Wait what, he couldn't help Valgren chase his teammate. For a while it looked like Norman could stay away.

.
Yes, that is exactly what I wrote.

Like the fact that Wellens - well, anyone from Lotto - won the Belgian race. Nevermind, thought and earlier post said he'd won...
Nice race by Kamp and Norman in Denmark.
Dimension Data just continuing their double-streak!
Sagan won in Slovakia for a change, except; a different Sagan!

Don't think Wellens is gonna win. Gilbert looks like the "old Gilbert".

In Slovenia 2 laps (28km) to go. Roglic and Tratnik now in the lead with 30s on the trio Mezgec, Pibernik, Per. The others are too far behind, more than 3 minutes.

Edit: actually is close to 5 minutes already.
