Katusha looks nice, they never could do justice to the Kremlin on their strips. It never seemed imposing.

Has the GE strip been released? I'm asking because two or three websites are selling their jerseys with this image-

The yellow on the right thigh looks like the rider's ****ting himself after seeing a speed bump.

Pretty sure we will not see the official kit until TDU. Not sure why as they have said that it is not because they are still looking for a sponsor and the design will not change until then.

have seen lots of random images over the last few months none of them official. i do not think even with the pigs ear of a presentation they have had so far any one could possibly agree to that kit. i mean seriously, that is awful

Pope in a Katusha jersey. Its happening.

Shame to see Gazprom on the side. Or maybe its a good thing from cycling's perspective, one of the worlds biggest and most powerful companies sponsoring a cycling team.

Ugh. This is just horrible.

That's because the cyclingnews kit review article is based on what looks best in a shiny, corporate presentation and not what looks best on the bike. Looking bland and indistinguishable like Sky and Leopard is not a sign of dullness, it's a sign of classy simplicity.

It's a matter of taste. I personally really liked the Leopard kit while I didn't feel much for the old Quick-Step kit while some people on here have the opposite opinion. That's fine.

It's unlikely this will be the kit since the official release won't be until the TdU.
This kit certainly ain't nice allthough it does show the Australian colours, but I'm sure most people could make something better with those colours.

It's best to keep politics out of this. If we started complaining about oil companies, the list would never end.

Makes sense to milk the publicity during the TDU and the strip doesn't really show the Australian colours, which is a darker shade of green. Just got a bit thrown off with the sites selling the strip and stating return policies as well.

The guy who made the mock up on PCMdaily should sue. Wonder if he knows they ripped off his design...

it reminds me how people were joking about the Fuji-Servetto 2010 kit, that such a kit is perfect incentive for riders to win races/stages just to hide it under some yellow, pink or polka dot jersey for some time. It'd be completely the same with this GE kit, too bad it is not approved jet :D

That kit is a cheap copy of the one they will be using for the Jayco Bay series (and assumedly the nationals) prior to the official kit being launched for the tour down under. Samewood for example, are based in china and produce cheap knockoffs of kits which is why they have kits that arent commericially available.

Its clearly not the official kit, lack of clothing sponsor name, bike sponsor, no uci or world tour logos.

Hasnt this been said already about ten times in this thread?

This kit, at least the one being posted, is not official in any way and I'd be very bloody surprised if it was used for the Bay Crits. As I mentioned before in my post, it is a mock up someone did from PCMdaily, a fan site for Pro Cycling Manager.

It's also barely recognisable as a Team Type 1 kit.

I think it's the TT2 and not TT1, as you can see below the Sanofi logo, because they also have a team for type 2 diabetes, although the guy looks a bit young for T2 DM.

That is most foul! My sympathies to the riders that have to wear it. I'm sticking with my description of it being like a decades old jersey that a bike shop can't get rid. Simply sits on the clearance rack in the back in the corner year after year.
