New Jerseys - 2024 Season - TeamKits-Maillots-Tricots-Tenues

The Tour Down Under site might have 'done a Bernal' and pre-empted some kit revelations. Odd that they suggest the Bora kit is still under wraps, but they have a red and purplish look for Cofidis which is new, a slight variant on the two tone blue for FdJ (sort of halfway between hoops and quartered) and suggest that Alpecin and Lidl are unchanged. It shows EF as not ready yet, but only after an edit to remove a pink effort with yellow squiggly drawings on it: similarly a Jayco jersey that faded from white to light blue to orange to red, with dark blue sleeves, was picked up on some Twitter screen grabs, but is now embargoed.

Ooh so does this mean this is FDJ Suez then ?

It'll probably be something along those lines.

The bottom half of the Jayco AlUla kit looks a lot like the bottom half of this year's UAE-ADQ kit, so it'll be interesting to see what the women's version will look like.

I suspect the bottom half of the new Jayco kit has been inspired by Alula and the desert.

The teams that have actually bothered to design a jersey have given us some really nice jerseys this season. Most of them I would happily wear.

It's not unlike the sunset over the local business park here a couple of nights ago.

But PR types will claim anything

Jayco AIS who were a pro conti team in the noughties always seemed to go for that red sunset style on their kit, it being an Adelaide kind of thing were they were based. So it has some history even if not with this Jayco sponsored team.
