i'm waiting any day the "Contador doesn't know how to ride his bike" press release after a town party.

WTF is that supposed to even mean?

That makes no sense at all

last year, being a little drunk at a party organized in a town for him, Nibali declared about Froome falling at TdF that he doesn't know how to ride his bike.

despite the obvious known facts that Froome was taken out on stage 4 and crashed on stage 5 because his wrist was broken

so i wait for his opinions on Contador

you may ask what's the connection with doping?

it's just a portrait of a very cynical, ugly personality, doper, that once he won TdF supercharged as fk he started to spit in everyone's face.

It's much simpler than that.
It's called in vino veritas.

Did that actually happen? In the Aru thread you confirmed that Aru sued henderson and it turned out to be not true so now I don't know whether to believe the thkngs you claim happened.

I found this: http://www.atwistedspoke.com/nibali-froome-doesnt/
Author agrees, people in the comments agree, half this forum probably agrees, even Richie Porte agrees:
"I read somewhere that Froome was criticised for always reading his SRM but that’s just how he rides, with his head down. I train with the guy everyday and he’s forever just riding into you, but that’s just how he rides."

A lot of the posters here made 30,000 posts in Sky threads because Sky *** propaganda.

However, this is a slap in the face. How can he come and bs everybody like that?

Why not shut up? and be tranquilo ?

How did you feel about todays stage?

Seems like Nibali is even better than last year. Go astana!

There's no need for this sort of character assassination, you don't know him, don)'to judge him from afar. The fact you are trying to portray him this way just speaks of bias and an agenda. Nice guys dope too.

And for the record he's on the money about Froome. Nibali is one of the best, most natural bike handlers in the peloton. Certainly one of the best descenders out there, very good in terrible conditions, and he proved last year he's extremely good over cobbles. None of which you can say about Froome. He crashed into a Marshall right off the ramp at an ITT for god's sake.

Gotta agree with this. Marginal gains obviously don't include working on bike handling. To be good a descending wet mountains you can only get by practising it. Unless you have natural talent in descending as Nibali seems and since he was never a Mountain Biker Froome would need to take risks in training and I don't think that would be deemed an acceptable risk by Sky management.

Pinot's issue was a fear of speed rather than problems technically

Well what I heard was he actually spent time practicing cornering which seems like a technical solution to me.

Well since Sky tears for some reason is not posting anymore lately I will answer by quoting Scarponi, his roommate. He thinks Nibali is better than last year.

To the OP:

Admit it - you're still banged up by the fact that Nibali came 3rd in the 2010 Giro while Froome got DQ'd for holding on to a police motorbike ;) :D

http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/pinot-to-drive-racing-car-to-improve-descending/
Madiot maintains that Pinot’s problem is a fear of speed rather than any specific problem with his descending technique, and Mamers believes that driving an electric car at 190kph can help the rider assuage his doubts.
No direct quotes from Madiot though

Edit:
http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/pinot-asks-what-am-i-doing-on-the-tour/
Pinot's problems stem from his tentativeness on descents. "Some people are afraid of spiders or snakes. I'm afraid of speed. It's a phobia," he confessed.

Rule #64 // Cornering confidence increases with time and experience.
This pattern continues until it falls sharply and suddenly.

I dont Know if a symbol, but I think he could have been clean all his career...as many other.
He is in good shape, but you need luck in a GT, especially in le Tour.

C'mon, do you really believe this? Half his team were busted for doping, and he didn't know or do them himself? I find it highly unlikely he didn't dope.

He got extremely lucky all the other top riders went down last year, or he wouldn't have won, a total fluke victory.

Just MY opinion of course.

I'm just about giving him the benefit of the doubt as there does seem to be a degree of segregation between the Kazakh side of the team where all the doping busts were and the Italian side of the team.

So Nibali crashes in to Froome, Froome like a cushion save Nibali from a possible injury (see video on Froomes twitter)

https://twitter.com/chrisfroome/status/619180128925548544

Froome goes to Astana bus, everybody wonders why Nibali apologizes to him

here is why

Ned Boulting ‏@nedboulting 5m5 minutes ago
For those asking why the apology...Nibali through a bidon at Froome. A case of mistaken identity.

another piece of the puzzle portrait of the most ugliest doper in cycling, ever

Armstrong is a saint compared to Nibali

Nibali is decidedly non-tranquilo this Tour. Seems like the pressure, and the misfortune, is getting to him.

Ii is quite possible that the licence debacle combined with the "asterix" win narrative as well as a mediocre start is affecting him... Furthermore the Boom issues may also had a minor impact on his focus..

I mean, you have to be pretty cold just to ignore all those things..

And those things are just what we know of, who knows if more has/is going on behind the lines...?

Maybe Nibali thinks our Froomey has given him the ''Malocchio''
 to cause his misfortunes. Remember in 2012 he accused
Sir Wiggo of the same thing. :)
