I can’t wait for the Russians to come back, just to wipe the smugness off the Scandinavians faces and see their reactions.

They aren't winning anything on the women's side and Norway are going to win all the sprints and team sprints on men's side at a canter.
The longer mens races they are probably 50/50. So I'm not sure how you think this 'wipes the smugness' of anyone's face. Are you a Russian bot?

JTB appears to have his skiing legs back.
Absolutely destroying everyone other than Giacomel on first loop.

JTB went out to quickly, lost a load of time since shoot 2.

Lenzerheide is at altitude just like Antholz so this should be good news for the Italians. Giacomel is going to be one of the biggest contenders in the men's side and Wierer will need to be taken pretty seriously in the women's as well.

Lægreid overtakes Johannes Bø on the overall even Tarjei beating him by 0.4 seconds. I hope he takes the globe this season.

Pretty much the whole Italian team was born and raised at altitude, they don't have any problems with it.

About XC skiing, the Engadin really looks stunning.

It could also be a sign that the Italians are peaking too early. Time will tell. I would like to see Wierer get a victory this weekend.

Yeah I know, this is why Lenzerheide should suit them.

Tarjei Bø announced that he will retire at the end of the season just like his brother. Their Olympic relay should be beatable.

Not right away, it’ll take some time to adjust.

‘Bot?’ Are you serious? What are you, 12? I’ve had this account since 2010. You do the math.

I just couldn't think of any plausible explanation why you simp for them so much. Relentlessly.
In all honesty the races would be better with the Russians. At the moment it really is like a glorified national championships.
Assuming Bolshunov wouldn't be so strong to destroy every one in every single race. Then it would be exactly as boring.

Of course, he may simply hate norwegians and root for anyone capable of beating them

We all think that.

Not even Jacquelin could throw this relay win away, although he did give it a go. Sjaastad is not looking great at all at the moment, but he was still able to sprint at least.
