Threads merged. The only reason this got merged is because someone suggested it in a report.

In the future, if you think a thread should be merged, just report the request (as one poster did) and refrain from the pointless, inane arguments and personal attacks...about whether a thread should be merged. This will be a warning, don't be shocked to find yourself banned next time without further warning. It's not acceptable here.

South park is brilliant tonight. They knew their stuff pretty well....obvious bracelet and fraud stuff. But the Nike "what am I on?" commercial, "Cancer Jesus," "awareness," calling a critic a drunk liar. Of course now its mostly about Dr. suess....

Here is what I just wrote on another forum:

1) Armstrong did not fight SOL
2) Judge Sparks approved SOL
3) UCI did not appeal SOL
4) Ferrari and del Moral did not fight SOL

I wonder why? What was that pesky word? Ah thats right “Conspiracy”.

And “abuse of due process”

1) Judge Sparks approved the due process
2) UCI did not appeal dues process
3) Ferrari and del Moral did not fight due process
4) Bruyneel is following the due process

Ever wondered why Sparks didn’t throw USADA out of court? In fact he literally threw Armstrong out of court, not once but twice. And why didn’t UCI appeal to CAS when they categorically accused USADA of not following due process in Pats drunken rambling letters to Sparks. Remember those? Worth a read if you want a chuckle.

Swiss Law?
1) These are the guys that found Contador guilty of an action that was not even part of the accusation, and that even his own lawyers or the Spanish Fed had never once dreamed up as a defence. And then imposed a 6 month ban when the penalty is two years.
2) These are the guys who just found Landis guilty of defamation, despite him not appearing in court because he had not been served
3) These are the guys who have not thrown out the pending defamation action against Kimmage despite it being obvious to blind freddy the charges are completely bogus

Each national ADA has its own code which is subservient to national Law. What would a Swiss or a Frog know or understand about the USADA code, and US law to which it abides? Its hilarious that the article makes no mention of US sports lawyers opinion.

Now, what was that pesky work again? Ahh thats right…”conspiracy”

This unsourced article is complete and utter rubbish. Again.

So I have a look at Lance's twitter page

I go on it to see if there are any references to Lance's achievements (even those pre 1999)

Struggle to find any immediate reference except:

Reading it, Lance could be anyone, maybe that's all he is now? No acknowledgement of World Champs win or TDF stage win?

Talk about damage limitation, wow !

Not true. Only his cycling past has been erased. Which makes him even more of a Cancer Jesus now.

Only his cycling past has been erased. With major efforts to make him even more of a Cancer Jesus now.

Status now similar to L. Ron Hubbard.
