Texas-Hold 'em poker.

You show me what you got before I show my hand.

Good idea to lay down the testimonies. I'm sure now some of them will flip over. The stakes are way high now.

Can't stop laughing about Carmichael. Could this be the end of CTS? Surely not!

Still not seeing the date for Armstrong's depo. Presume it's after the clowns so they can throw back their testimonies at Armstrong.

Fifth Street here we come.

Thanks. That's ****s up SCA. No wonder he was delaying that case to line up the depos.

He's still completely ducked though. But SCA will have some trouble now.

Unless they are sleeping with the government, which I doubt.

Good times.

What if somebody, like Stephanie or Kevin, lied to the Grand Jury?

Not Stephanie or Kevin? No way.

Or what if college was driving the party barge and brought the latest and greatest roast from Pete's?

Bill Stapleton was supposed to give his SCA depo on Monday. Did it happen, was their another stay? Isn't Lance's going on the stand on Thursday? Has the Qui Tam case interrupted things again?

Alex Ferguson would call this 'squeaky-bum time.'

Isn't Wonderboy supposed to be deposed tomorrow? I guess we should expect a settlement announcement anytime soon, or is he really that stupid, that'd he'd risk so much actually going through with it?

What do you think he risks? If he doesn't submit to the depo, he loses for sure.
