I am of this opinion, why not move on, but Armstrong will keep telling lies and the Andreu's feel they need to call him out on his lies. Their choice and i respect it. Yep Armstrong is not going to change and will continue with his lies so why bother, but then why let him away with it? Maybe if he loses the Qui Tam case they will let go because Armstrong just might have to get a job and be busy for a while....

I dont think Armstrong gets off becuase he was just another doper in the 'dark era'?

Armstrong manipulated the whole sport for his profit. Frankie was a soldier, Armstrong a Dictator for life in his own eyes.

Sounds like some are bit disappointed Armstrong got busted. I for am not.

Piling it on Betsy when it is obvious Armstrong never apologised and then made a mockery of her on Oprah, you are doing Armstrong's bidding.

Armstrong ain't just another Jackse, Kohl or Rasmussen who did what was natural in cycling, the guy took it stratospheric levels.

I like Frankie and Betsy's credibilty.

Betsy needs to move on. She is giving him a voice by responding to everything he says. Everybody knows Lance has zero crediblity and nobody cares about him. He can't hurt her any more unless she lets him. His fate is in the hands of the court, leave it at that.

This I agree with. Armstrong was under oath, he was responding to questions.

Chasing him down in the media just gives more fuel to a fire that was beginning to burn out.

I admire Betsy's courage to stand up to Armstrong, the 'cancer jesus' who could do no wrong in the eyes of the majority and worse those who knew he was a fraud, cheater and doper and still perpetuated the myth. I'll cut her a lot of slack before i think to criticise her.

I actually want to know if FA did dope for that long and whether he lied to USADA or USADA concocted those testimonies.

As fmk points out - Betsy goes on and on in interviews about lance - as late as last week she was on irish radio slamming him - and let's say she's entitled to for argument sake - for her to turn around later and say lance is obsessed with her, after her slamming him on facebook, and interviews, when he responds to Frankie, is a bit much.

Generally agree. Betsy and Frankie got dragged into this back in the beginning, and they have every right to criticize Lance. However, criticizing him in the press is also just going to keep it stirred up. It would be better to walk away, if that is possible with the court cases still going on. Getting subpoenas is not something they have a choice about. Talking about Lance so often to the press/social media is different.

Wouldn't it have been in his best interests to raise this issue about Frankie's "career long doping" much earlier with the purpose of putting his credibility in question?

Clearly Lance, and his 432 lawyers, didn't feel evidence that would raise questions regarding Frankie's credibility, especially something as insignificant and pedestrian as "career-long doping" would be of any use to them at any point during the last 10 years.

I dont do facebook. But Betsy witnessed the hospital room incident in 97 and Armstrong got busted in '12. She had to wait a long time for that. I'll cut her lots of slack for those 15 years.
