You are right. This video was a waste.

Some, like RR, have known for a decade or more that LA was a liar and a fraud. It's a more recent development for many of us.

Either way, "Monkey Mouth" is priceless. It's how I will refer to Lance Armstrong from now on.

Good question. He's trying to help us figure out if he was lying about the lying or telling the truth about the lying. I think he was telling the truth about the lying but also lying about the telling the truth. To top it all off, it appears he was lying about telling the truth about the lying. Truthfully.
