Lol. Nice photo.

Don't know if you saw the video RR posted before it was shut down.

If you had, even somebody who is as perpetually sour as you would have had a giggle.

No, I didn't see it. I was wondering what that big void was in my life that cropped up a few days ago.

Perpetually sour? Nah, I just have a low tolerance for idiots.

It is good that this thread is still going. We all need somebody to bash to cover up our own deficiencies and hypocrisy.

What, you have to dig to the third or fourth page to resurrect this thread?

So you plant a lawn just so you call yell at kids standing on it? Nice.

Not sour tho. Nope, definitely not that.

Lance says its too soon to tell if the 2013 TdF winner will be clean.

"dunno. Talk to me in 2027. Yes, 2027."

In reference to sky, he says rival team leaders are bad news.

"granted but the reality is it's not good. Almost always leads to significant drama. cc 2009"

Lol only reason there was any drama in 09 was because Armstrong instigated it. He made obvious inflammatory comments and the media took off on it.

Then why are you here? Oh...no need to answer that one. Carry on.

Selena Roberts on Acceptance Insurance Holdings's case against Lance.

Unlike other filings against Lance Armstrong, there is no ambiguity in the Acceptance case. No argument about real damages or who is on the hook, Armstrong, Tailwind or both — as in the $120 million whistleblower case brought by the government and Floyd Landis. “Every check was made payable to Lance Armstrong,” says Mark Kincaid, of George, Brothers, Kincaid & Horton, the Austin-based attorney for Acceptance Insurance. “Lance has to pay the $3 million.”

There is also no debate about contract language — as in SCA Promotions’ $12 million lawsuit against Armstrong. In the Acceptance contract, a Fraudulent Concealment clause is spelled out. Within his first five answers to Oprah, he exposed the fraud.

“The contract terms decide this case,” says Kincaid. “Those terms make it unwinnable for Lance Armstrong.”

On page 7 of the Acceptance Insurance court filing, under “2003 Non-disclosure agreement,” it states: In late 2003, Armstrong and TSC instructed their Austin attorneys to negotiate a high dollar non-disclosure agreement with Armstrong’s then-wife, Kristin Armstrong, to prevent her from discussing her knowledge of, or participation in Armstrong’s cheating. On information and belief, the former Mrs. Armstrong was paid over $10 million not to disclose Armstrong’s cheating, and the non-disclosure agreement contains economic penalties for her if she breaches its terms.

“I just wish that she had the strength and courage to answer the questions in her (LeMond v. Trek) testimony regarding her role in Lance’s fraud and cover-up honestly, instead of refusing to answer and/or answering with ‘I don’t remember/I don’t recall’ nonsense[“, said Betsy Andreu. “]She was effectively standing by as her ex-husband tried to destroy those who told the truth of his doping. She never extended a compassionate helping hand to any of us but, rather, used NDAs she signed as an excuse to remain silent to the destruction of those who told the truth against her ex-husband.”

Kristin referred to her non-disclosure agreement in her Runner’s World blog last fall, when she wrote: “I know what truth is. I know my past. Not telling or selling my tales to the press is my choice — one that I made primarily for my children.”

I wonder if Kik bargained for that 10 million, as in, I won't keep quiet if you don't offer me more. Seems like an awful lot to offer for a NDA. In any case, she will have fun explaining to the kids she claims to be so protective of why she covered up for their dad.

And how about this:

In court filings, Herman has argued that since Tailwind has been dissolved, the company cannot be sued. Delaware records indicate Tailwind has been dissolved. If Herman’s argument holds up, Armstrong would remain the lone defendant, according to Kincaid.

Is Herman's strategy here to argue that since Tailwind no longer exists, none of its former members can be sued? So swallow the $3 million payback to Acceptance, in return for a stronger argument against the much higher stakes vs. the Feds? If LA is willing to pay $3 million on the hope of getting off the hook against the Feds, he should be willing to pay a lot more to SCA.

I assume the focus on Armstrong's ex is a threat to use a deposition of her as leverage.

Armstrong should make a deal with the feds to give up Weisel by implicating him in doping that goes back to Mongomery-Subaru.

I think that is the competitive advantage of corporations, no? Nothing more?

Anyone listen to Howard Stern? April Macie?

Wonderboy likes to get his freak on.

Maybe he just needed some help with a saddle sore?

I await the forum's ANALysis of this latest news. I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it.

Ass if Armstrong had not suffered enough as the butt of jokes, this is the sort of embarrassment that might just rect 'im. His supporters could stay behind him or he may only be backed by Hiney Verbruggen.

Surely we can all agree that this medical procedure was warranted. Lance has a long history of saddles sores (99 Cortisone cream). If Basso was as proactive and innovative as Lance he would be riding the Giro.

This new revelation has made me look at Bruyneel, Hincapie, Livingstong and a few others in a 'hole' new light, because they sure did 'kiss ****' when it came to Monkey Mouth.......
