I agree with most of what you write - but again the issue is why LA with GH is talking now, to a publication in the Andreus backyard?

For me, it is not so much an attempt to smear the Andreus, but a warning to others who may be called up for the Qui Tam that this can happen to them too.

THIS is what seems the point.
Lance doesn't have much control in the situation..this is a little bit of him working a marionette..

As I already said it would start a flame war. Which quite frankly I have no problem in participating in but I am not going to start, although the Sky thread is perfect because its quiet at the mo.

Well, its a different case in so far as it has to show the owners knew or facilitated the doping, not that the team was doping per se.
(which if some legal mind wishes to articulate that better or correct, feel free)

So, this will bring in the likes of Weisel, Knaggs, Stapleton etc.

He met Emma, and from the article and twitter she appears to have taken his apology to her at face value. I actually think she wants to put this behind her and move on with her life.

She got the carrot, the Andreus were given the stick as a reminder to what can happen.

RR, when I read Wheelmen(still reading it btw), I was very surprised to see Gorski's name in it, and his relation to the early usage of blood doping/boosting going on w/the 7 11 team, and even now.

How Och continued getting work is a true mystery to me.

Without serious regulation, these type of guys are always preferred. They almost guarantee results. They include Och, LeFevre, Riis, Almadio, JV, Unzuo etc (spelling mistakes included).

btw..I wish we had some sort of hint of a timeline with the whole qui tam and anything else at loose ends out there…
I guess it may be years before he is out of litigation and able to look for a job

This is nothing more then an attempt to paint Frankie as an equal participant, the same as Lance and George. Most can see this is nonsense.

And I get it. It's clear that he's trying to rise above it. If he doesn't want to raise the issue, to publicly split hairs about what's bad doping and ok doping, that's good enough for me and others on this thread.
