The standard for defining speculation vs. Misinformation usually depends on the person in question. :D

No! Tell me that does not happen in a Clinic Thread! I'm shocked, shocked I tell you!

It really is quite simple - if you claim something you should be able to back it up.
When I claim something I provide links to it.

We all speculate - however some 'speculate' while ignoring the available information. They usually have an agenda which is easily exposed when they cannot backup what they claim.

Let me fix that for you - should be "however some 'speculate' while ignoring the previous speculations"

Love the speculation vs. misinformation post above.

You want to 'fix' something so that it misrepresents what I wrote?

As long as you misrepresent your "quest" for the "truth" as being impartial, being non-selective, and not having an agenda, yes, I think it needs a bit of work.

So you're making stuff up to prove a point I didn't make.

As I wrote a few posts back -"We all speculate - however some 'speculate' while ignoring the available information. They usually have an agenda which is easily exposed when they cannot backup what they claim".

Really, what's it to you whether someone has an agenda or not? And what does it have to do with the truth?

There is no such thing as impartiality anywhere in life. We are all human and as such will always have an agenda for everything we do and every thought we have.

So why is this holier-than-thou nonsense the standard by which you judge someone's intentions or not?

Be real dude, and get this straight-there is no hater with an agenda large enough to undo what Armstrong will be indicted for.

Disliking Armstrong is nothing but a state of mind. The charges he will face are REAL.

Understand the difference?

Looking through your posts and it seems like all of them are some version of a blanket insult directed toward a group you does not agree with. Few links, information, or background.......just "Handbag Ladies" "Conspiracy theories"

Looking through this insanely long thread I see few conspiracy theories outside the normal "French spiked the samples" and "Witch Hunt". I see plenty of links, and background information that add value to the discussion......cluttered by endless trolling whose sole goal is disruption.

Could you at least attempt to discuss a topic? Provide a link? A quote? Somehow add value to the discussion beyond "Handbag Ladies"

Just a little advice: I would shy away from using the words “always” or “never”. The Doc is better than most posters, but not 100%! He speculates and adds personal bias just like all of us. That being said, you owe it to the community to check your facts first and provide links; otherwise these guys will make it their job to hammer you for everything short of your choice of an avatar. We are coming up on nearly two years since it was first hinted that this investigation was going to expose Armstrong “for what he really is.” For many, two years is way too long to keep them interested. In other words, with the lack of any real “new” news coming out, we are left to speculate as to what is going on and what the ramifications will be. What if scenarios are interesting to ponder, but make sure that you state up front that we are reading your “musings” not something more credible.

Milo has it. Armstrong's legal team has to appear ready to pounce and Novitzky and company owe to the people working the case to stay on point. If the case is never to be the fires on the internet will the last to burn out because the real interested parties will never speak of it again if it turns out to be a non-case.

Some of the comments made about Armstrong's behavior, entering a triathlon as a further act of denial I found outright funny.

Bolded part is one of the funniest things ever. Your posting history reveals a person who posts almost exclusively on Armstrong related threads, and ALWAYS in opposition to people who question Armstrong, and yet you still have the nerve to claim to be impartial, and not a fan. You are the biggest fraud here, bar none.
