What I find more interesting is how will the courts deal with such samples if they are not seized by US authorities but by foreign authorities and afterwards are being made available to the US authorities, would this change anything concerning a possible ruling in the admissability of these samples?

It is really interesting--and hard. A good answer to that question is going to cost Mr. Armstrong many thousand dollars.

However, taking into account of what has happened in pro cycling she is clearly not stupid enough to believe it is impossible he didnt dope, more fanboys need to heed this.

She states she will always admire him because he is a good person, what? even if he was BSing right to your face and made your books look redundant. I dont think I could just let something like lying directly to my face pass, I would lose all respect for that person straightaway and I certainly wouldnt want them as a friend.

Yes, but Sally is playing both sides at the moment.

Who knows... Lance may not be indicted and Sally can roll right on in there with another book deal.

It will take a while for her to accept the reality that she was lied to repeatedly for years. Gunderson is such a tool.

I don't want to muddy the increasingly transparent waters, but as far as Lance vs. Murdoch goes - here in Australia it looks a bit weird to view Murdoch press as interested in truthful reporting, let alone somehow 'fighting the good fight'. His local media outlets are unashamedly low-rent political broadcasts repeatedly caught out lying and misinforming.

So bad that if it's LA against Murdoch I'm almost hoping LA will win that round. He could use it as a character reference in the main case far as I'm concerned
