What of importance remains in this tour?

For me (and apologies if I'm repeating stuff - haven't read the whole thread) -

Armstrong displaying magnanimity in supporting Contador.
Hushovd proving something to Cavendish, and
Wiggins, a real sensation! (Aussie vs UK rivalry aside, hats off to him)

Can't wait to see who will win the TdF in a couple of months!

I fear who ever wins it will not be tested positive. Atleast not officially...

DiLuca cried out for testing positive...
I'm getting the feeling, that there is policy behind who's caught and who's not.

Shame that van Hummel has come unstuck and has had to abandon.

hope he's back in time to make a fortune at the criteriums here, kenny the world famous is probably signing contracts right now :)

I am glad Kenny went out in style. I don't mean it to wish him harm, but the fact that he didn't just quit like Oscar Pereiro, but had to be sent to the hospital.

It is really pretty simple. If you pay the UCI $500K under the table like a certain Mr. Armstrong then you don't test positive.

He has a deep wound on his knee. Sounds unlikely that he can ride again starting Monday.

I read SKL riders are not allowed to cash in in crits. They have a tough post-season planned where they need to perform well.

Hopefully he can ride some just a bit time after Monday.
But anyway.
This tour did sooo much good to his reputation and fame. He'll profit from that for a long time.

Ah Levi explaining how Armstrong could bridge the gap. He is talking of 'the Armstrong of old'! Great insights from Levi.
