The wind is having the biggest effect now. Andy is the freaking man. Armstrong and Frank hanging in.

The wind has really screwed this stage. The one real mountain top finish and the wind prevents the climbers from making the most of it.

It is going to be close. Armstrong could actually get this win. I would love it if Contador pips him, but I think he wouldn't.
