Wow! Great ride by AC! Way more attacking than I thought we'd see. Maybe they got the message?!

I'm not a big Astana fan, but great ride for their entire team. They attacked at the right time, Alberto rode as good as he ever has, and Lance and Klodi were great teammates.

Short distance and pretty moderate stage and climb. Schleck might be able to move up quite a bit on Ventoux.

Contador is in a class of his own.

Actually - Lance at 37, 3 years off the bike and a ride like today is very impressive! It is the Lance fans that have put this expectation that he could cruise to no. 8.
