The good news this year is that mads perdersen is not riding, so there's a chance that the other teams will use their numbers against MVDP instead of just towing him to the win. Belgian pozzato could ruin that though.

Also omloop in 2025 was one of the worst classics. A more attacking race this year would be good and MDVP should help that .

Certainly think this is much more open than strade or liege for instance with pocagar present. Those races aren't even worth watching

Looking forward to this. I have no skin in the game so I don't care who wins. I'll be cheering for Philipsen.
I'm sticking with Philipsen. He has his leadout man with him now. It's possible that MvdP goes too far with the leadout and nukes the entire field (it would be slightly better than a Pog solo because he doesn't do it in every race he enters).
