Based on what? That he won just one? Newsflash: he did win multiple. And he can win another one, obviously. Even your beloved AGR is within his reach :)

RVV is a monument. All other flemish 1 day races are classics. Well most of them.
It's unlikely he will win another RVV, but he won more classics. He is easy to underestimate, but somehow he's up there and able to fnish it as well.
