Taaramae has performed sub par this Paris-Nice. Not 100% healty that's for sure. He got 12 minutes today because the peloton gave it to him, being in the break proves nothing. Anyone can be in the break.

Before winning that stage in Vuelta he wrote that he will take it easy few days and then try to win a stage . That's exactly what he did.

Well, you could certainly also keep your eye on him now too... last year he got 8th in Algarve, 4th in P-N, 3rd in Criterium International, and 11th (after Contador reshuffle) in the Tour de France - not to mention a GT stage in the Vuelta. So although he has the potential to improve, certainly, his current results are pretty great.

Actually, when was the last time Cofidis had a rider finish as high as 11th in the Tour? I don't remember.

Surprising that so few teams wanted to win today, just letting a 2 man break go is quite weird. I guess many teams are very reduced due to illness though, so they might not have enough men to even bother about chasing.

I fully expect someone in the 5-20 range to attack the GC on the col de Vence. I mean, why not? It's one of those days when you can suddenly open up a huge gap with a well-timed attack, and if you are over 3 minutes down, Wiggins and Valverde is unlikely to chase...

BTW it looks kinda good for Bottle, can he possibly win another race without being spotted even once, much like when he won the tour of Switzerland last year?

Come on, be fair. I spotted him in the final TT of Suisse a few times.
