No it's not. Contador also seemed to have the race in his bag on the top of the Eze last year.

Riders like Rory Sutherland are surviving in the Henao group. The pace isn't good enough. Only a matter of time before he will get dropped by Martin and Alaphilippe.

He's in time trial mode, I don't think respnding for no good reason would be wise an he knows that. According to the times he's still pulling away.
