Sergio you warrior! Would have been so easy to crack on that final climb with attacks all over the place.

Unlucky for Contador who yet again produces a phenomenal last day ride.

Despite what people said yesterday, Contador clearly the strongest in this race. Unbelievable effort and display of strength today. Minimal help from 50km out.

I can't be happy with another Sky win on French soil. It really bothers me.

And what was the point of Colbrelli losing for 19s or 30s?

Great stuff from Contador, but you have to respect Henao's win. It was more or less mano a mano for the last 40km (with Contador getting the odd pull from de la Cruz, and Henao a bit of help from Bahrain).

Fully deserved first big win of his career imo.

I won my bet and I like Henao, but wow, Contador deserved this one. Hopefully his fans won't throw accusations at every direction and keep it civil

Henao deserved it just as much as Contador.

Great edition of Paris-Nice! Really fun race to watch

he looks like he is going to burst into tears in the interview, i feel the same. he is one of a kind and will be terribly missed. i wish we had got to see peak contador v peak froome at some point. but his older, slower self is still better than 99.9% of all stage racers.

has there ever been a week long stage race this good?

Found my new favorite team to support against for the remainder of this season. FFS Bahrein. Nice riding for 4th place.

Bahrain did more chasing than Henao...

Were you expecting Henao to brake?

Grande sergio? He was dragged to the win
Henao seemed like he was cracking, but really showed guts there as well to be fair. He regained his strength and composure on Col d' Eze and was leading the field on the descent as well

Cancerous chase group helping Henao for no apparent reason than getting to the team bus half a minute earlier.
Why? That's racing. There was still a very outside chance of a stage win - gap was only 20 seconds or so in the end. Not like they were 5 minutes back.

Well, had they cooperated from the very start they could have closed the gap.

All right I'm letting the emotions of this get the best of me, but still.. <.<

De la Cruz will be very proud of what's done, very proud... F*ing wheelsucker.

De La Cruz did a lot of work and deserved the win. Don't be so salty...
