Roglic not on the best day, still he hung on there. Yates with a miraculous ride, reminded me of that Giro where he was flying for a while. Wout also incredible, Roglic and wout should share that yellow jersey with how well he'd ridden today.

Still think Wout was the ride of the day, after commentators had basically wrote him off for the race, he comes back with this. Amazing. MVDP will have his work cut out for him in the classics.

Stupidest decision of the day: Quintana pulling hard to try to bring back Yates, while Roglic and Wout sat in his wheel. I hope he learnt from the experience of watching a large classics rider’s arse disappear into the distance ahead of him a few minutes later.

I couldn't believe my ears when the Danish commentators slammed the Yates brothers for wearing a dickie, because it apparently isn't within the unwritten rules of coolness on the bike.

That is an absolutely mandatory piece of clothing when I venture out in the cold for a ride or a run.

I very much doubt after watching this Paris-Nice that Roglic has a proper shot at Pogacar if he doesnt get sick or crashes, especially after UAE looking so good in the mountain lately.

Watching Pog’s attack yesterday then Rog’s struggled today, I definitely felt the same way. I already felt like it was 2015 and I was trying to convince myself Contador could compete with Froome in the Tour after the Giro. At the same time, Vingegaard dropped Pog in just last year’s Tour. The biggest concern though is that Roglic more chips away, Pogacar will grab minutes at a time.

UAE will make it a blistering race. I would sooner adjust to them than Ewan. I dont know what the wind situation was last year
