Must resist characterizing Hoole with terms used earlier in the thread.

But will note the DS has a responsibility to convey dangers ahead as well. Not easy when countries love road furniture and random curbs.

Not his fault that he wasn't capable of concentrating on Skjelmose while also keeping his wits about him. Shouldn't have been given the task. But perhaps a bit of humility would be preferable to falsely accusing organizers and fellow racers.

Yeah, next time the same thing came up, the guy was standing right on it.
I prefer they used suspended signals over a danger like they mark out finish lines, intermediate and KOM sprints, and 3k/1k markers.

If there’s too many dangers to mark out like this maybe they’ll rethink the route
