How bloody lovely to have the dulcet tones of the great Sean Kelly back on my tele this Sunday afternoon... like a knowledgable uncle coming round after a long while... roll on the coming season : )

I wonder if Jens decided for himself to attack, or whether the DS told him to over the radio ;)

Himself ofcourse, he's showing everyone riders have autonomy themselves!

Odd stage when you see the peloton ambling in a block, but still catching the break.
Time for old Radiohead to go on a break.

I think the radio was previously used to reign him in and instruct him NOT to attack =)

Have you got that on speed-dial?

Get a new hobby if you hate following modern cycling so much.

I don't hate modern cycling.

I just hate flat stages without enough wind to break things up, and teams for whom "unpredictability" is a dirty word.

I have lots of hobbies. I hate a lot of things about all of them.

So why don't you stay true to your word and only come along with 10 seconds to go, rather than posting some comment to that effect on EVERY SINGLE SPRINT STAGE and yet watch anyway.

You seem determined to ruin it for everyone else rather than just not watch like you always claim you intend to.

I dunno, I share the view of Libertine. Sprint stages without a hill in the end, or without wind and the stage max gets above 10 feet of sealevel those are boring. Even more when the peloton gives a max lead of 2 minutes and HTC is sitting there, how can that be remotely exciting?

Pretty major split there. Gap looks to be 15 seconds or so.

A lot of Radioshack left behind. As well as Devolder (SHOCK!!!!)

Meh. doesn't look any team is interested in keeping the split going.

On the other hand they'll be crossing that windy point again, so with a bit of luck someone else will have a go next time around.
