For the 1st time this Olympics I watched/listened to the NBC TV broadcast. Coming around the final turn, Goucher described the final group by callling the two Brits and American by their names “along with a Kenyan and Ethiopian.” Given that “the Kenyan” was the two-time (now 3) Olympic champion just surging into the lead, not bothering to call Kipyegon by name at that point is kind of pathetic. Now back to the non-English feed for the rest.
