Boonen definitely has a second gear when he hits the cobbles. He looked like he was slowing up a bit before he just exploded on this stretch.

Most of them can do nothing. Why does everyone think they can just organize a chase and pull him back? This is the race of the least fkd and Boonen is strongest by far. None of the cobble sections give any advantage to the 'group'

In Boonen's body language you can see some serious suffering. I have a feeling he is going to crack before the end, this is going to be very very very tense.

It's hard to judge with Boonen, he's always like that.
