Paris - Roubaix 2021 (03.10)

Unless sectors are under water, there's no reason to cancel them. With equipment nowadays, muddy sectors shouldn't be too much of a problem. Stick on suitable tyres....It'd be pretty poor to pull sectors because they're muddy.

The classic, Ronde - PR, succession would've been a better predictor for the Sunday than the Worlds road race is.
Partly 'cause of the teams' compositions and partly due to the racing itself.
The fittest prevailed in Leuven and, although being the ultimate endurance test, PR is inseparable from luck.

If he's not badly injured, surely the last rider would want to finish. They won't close the doors to the velodrome, before someone has actually crossed the line, right?
Who was the Russian/Kazakh/something else I can’t remember rider a couple years ago who got to Roubaix to find the velodrome had actually been closed, and had to find someone to unlock it so he could go around.

He finished top 10 the following year.

That would be Delko's Evaldas Siskevicius, from Lithuania.

His top-10 was actually in the most recent edition!

Had no idea that Imanol Erviti has ridden every edition since 2005. This year will be his 16th Paris-Roubaix. 2 DNFs.
On the startlist are also Haussler and Sieberg, they have raced it 13 times, Lemoine and Langeveld 12 and Terpstra 11.
Raymond Impanis, Servais Knaven and Matthew Hayman hold the record. They did the race 16 times and completed all of them. According to Wikipedia at least.
