I had the 2014 highlights up as you said that, I didn't find LRP's crash but I did find him throwing in an attack on the cobbles, look at him here with Thomas really hitting the Contador group hard, shades of Boonen!!!

LRP crash was in the 2018 stage, when he DNFd.

From what I could gather, his crash was around 150km from the finish that day, between Arras and Biache-Saint-Vaast
