Why would Pedersen not slow to a crawl track style, you are screwed if you finish with speed with a pure road sprinter in the wheel.
To top it off Pedersen opened the door for Philipsen after he'd blocked himself in. It looked like there was a chance the latter might have even missed the podium for second there. Why would Pedersen not slow to a crawl track style, you are screwed if you finish with speed with a pure road sprinter in the wheel.
I thought he was doing Tour de France in prep mode for Olympics but I could be wrongIs MVDP doing any GTs this year at all?
After reading some of these posts about anti Phillipsen he should ride back and find the criminal woman to take some of the heat off!!Phillipsen is a strong rider, to be sure, but right now he's maybe a 90/100 with MvdP whereas he'd be maybe 80/100 without.
Has the first Soudal rider finished yet?
Classics season saved.Lampaert.
36th.
Wow!! Since Tour Down Under, and with recent crashes, would say super exciting year of racing, even adding Paris Roubaix snooze..We are in the wacky cycling era, where the only good races are the Tour de France and Worlds, instead of the other way around
MVDP is more vulnerable in AG as he is not suited by the repeat climbs in the race. And Amstel. It's destined to be the worst season in modern history. Off the back of an already-bad 2023 to boot.
It's one of the silver linings of the current state of affairs.Euskaltel would be proud.
