I watched a junior race from Italy on YouTube and it was the best race I have seen in10 years

I'm a big mvdp fan. He was amazing today.

But that I also concede that was boring compared to previous years. And Flanders was sub par as well.

A strong jumbo with wout would have made a real difference I think. I couldn't believe with 60k to go the chase group gave up.

Many people are underestimating Van der Poel for liege bastogne liege. He can win the race if he focus the preparation for that race plus the shape he have at the moment, plus not going to amstel and rest until there.

So, first they let the gap get to 2+ minutes, and then they start riding together. Genius.

It's something that happens always against the top riders. It happened for example on Strade Bianche after Pogacar attacked, it also happened in many situations Remco got a good advantage. They start to think about the 2nd place and the gap increase.

hmm, idk. While I want to believe. There's just so many climbers that are stronger than VDP. LBL is really at the limit of what he can do, and with Pogacar there it's just really difficult to imagine.

Even AGR is gonna be hard with Ayuso lining up
