I feel like Pog is being very smart here and making WvA really believe he can win because I expect the nuke to drop soon and Pog to solo to the line.

Or maybe I've just got Pog derangement syndrome and expect it to happen based on reputation alone. We'll see.

Well Pog is Pog but those are flat cobbles. Whoever wins I am fine with it. Wout had his share of bad luck here and him winning would be his crowning achievement.

Anything can happen, but Pog doesn't look like the stronger of the two at the moment imo

Its inevitable it would go like this, but it's unfortunate that the other riders aside from LaPorte in MDVPs group don't do some hard pulls to help out. It's the only way they can come back.

Yeah Pogacar playing Van Aert like a fool here, let's him do the majority of work to stretch his back and get ready to attack him on Pevele and Carrefour de lArbre
Van Aert still looks decently fresh, it doesn't have the same feeling as this point in the race last Sunday. You can argue whether Van Aert should be doing as much as he is, but it definitely isn't completely indefensible like it was for Van der Poel at Ronde.
