So it will be Wout vs Pogi in the finale. Will Pog prevail on decesive cobbles combo? Or will it be Wout winning? Time will tell.

Wout van Second got cooked by Poweless in a sprint not that long ago. Don't see how anyone can see him as a favorite here, this isn't 2019.
It's a track sprint, on a velodrome, he's the heavier and faster rider, who actually habitually contends bunch sprints

Obviously none of us know the fatigue level of either rider, but logically WvA should have the upper hand

Robbie challenging people to sum up this race in 21 words or less.

I propose "everybody has punctures, but then it reverts to SSDD"

Do we really trust Van Aert's sprint here? He hasn't really looked fast in a sprint since the loss to Powless last year

Pogacar fans want to convince us WVA is faster. But it's unknown.
I would not bet on WVA in a regular sprint anymore. But this will be endurance sprint. Different matter.

Van Aert was getting taught a sprinting lesson by the Clement Champoussin's of the world a month or so ago because he panicked, he's faster in bunch sprints than he is in smaller groups where he often finds a way to stuff it up.

I feel like Pog is being very smart here and making WvA really believe he can win because I expect the nuke to drop soon and Pog to solo to the line.

Or maybe I've just got Pog derangement syndrome and expect it to happen based on reputation alone. We'll see.

But don't you think the strong sprinters behind should scare him? Idk, I just really think its in his own best interest to work with Pogacar, at least a little bit.
no , because they wont ride the cobbles as fast as the duo in front

pogi will attack again , and wout should counter
