No he is not, not anymore
But endurance sprint this will be, not regular sprint (if wva manages to hang on)
Man, but Pogacar ins´t Cavendish.

Either of them can win because Pogacar isn't slow, but Van Aert is more sprinter, so Van Aert still has a better chance. I think poeople are blinded by their hate with Pogacar.
Van Aert isn´t Landa against Cavendish.

You're gonna get a lot of 90% pulling int he final 15 minutes. It should favor Van Aert normally.

Van Aert is the sort of guy who could do a Femke Markus on the velodrome, but he could also easily be dropped or have another mechanical before he gets there.

Van Aert has lost speed but is still more sprinter than Pogacar, and Pogacar has expended more energy in the chase. Van Aert had almost a perfect race, but reading the comments in this thread, I saw a different race. So much lamenting...
Tbf, Van Aert had a big pull to get back on after his second puncture. It's not been all smooth

Gotta feel a bit sorry for MVDP. Tough breaks today. Arenberg is the worst place for a mechanical.
But all the mistakes made in handling it is the difference between him getting back on with Philipsen also still a factor and him getting stuck at half a minute. It wasn't only luck.
