It's crazy how Vos looks so much faster on the bike but she's making no time. Deignan is really smooth.
Even after being in the wind for 75k , she looked so much more efficient than the other riders. Superb riding

The prize money fiasco is just embarrassing. For god's sake, surely the organizers or a sponsor could find 10,000 euros, at least.
Good race for the first edition. I liked the fact that there wasn't 3 hours of freewheeling before hostilities started. Next year I hope there will be much more money; I'd love also to see some of the US gravel specialists make the trip; not sure how that would happen without a trade team but surely the UCI in their new gravel love mode could find a way...
