Yeah. Honestly, he looked kind of hideously out of place. He looked like a wanna be rebel with that leather jacket.

i would have say the same, because leather jacket doesnt make you anything...

however he later broke the glass on that framed jersey,so it wasnt just for looks - thats something i can get behind

That looks like a Hussar uniform.
Just imagine if he showed up at the Giro presentation wearing that outfit. :D

it almost is a uniform (stuff like that was worn by higher nobility), its definitely not a traditional outfit tho...i woudnlt say a word if his bride was styled in that way as well, but only him its kinda idea that sounds good on paper but sucks otherwise

Just a minor fix, that's a ceremonial outfit of the lower nobility ("zeman"). Slovakia was a part of the Kingdom of Hungary for almost a millenium so the higher nobility was all Hungarian. However, the lower nobility in what is now Slovakia was often Slovak and a similar uniform was also popular with Slovak soldiers in the 1848 uprising.

i'm looking into libertine's opinion.

"Sagan's wedding outfit should be considered a sexual assault. Wearing a traditional outfit from the 18th century is clearly meant as yet another Sagan's attempt to demean women by supporting the misogynist monarchial regimes where women didn't have equal rights. This can be proven by a T-shirt that Sagan wore once when he was a teenager. *** this pig and everyone who supports him!"

There, you don't have to wait anymore.
