Saiz: "Everybody in the peloton knew that Roberto Heras was working with Dr. Fuentes before I signed him"

So stupid, Heras was at USPS before signing for Liberty Seguros, he didn't need Fuentes to get his BB... Or... does Saiz mean Heras was working with Fuentes before 2001.. That could explain that wonderful year 2000.

RSOC?
one of the codes on bloodbags?
No, it's a code in a handwritten balance sheet detailing payments and drugs linked to one of their mules (Choina) and two names: "RSOC" and "KELM".

Chances are if you are supporting a professional sporting team anywhere in the world you are supporting a team which has been up to something naughty. Maybe not doping but something.

Menchov is an honorary member of the "can't touch me" society, founded by Luis León.

**** keeps flying all around them and yet them seem to always manage to go away unscathed.

Lance was a member for a while, got his membership terminated though. Menchov will go down.

Everyone will go down soon. I think it is the matter of one active titled rider's confession. And such a rider will show up I hope.

LeMonde (Mandard) in 2006 based its story wrt Fuentes/Barca/Madrid on similar scribbled notes (in addition to an interview with Fuentes himself). Did anybody ever see those scribbles?
Fuentes later claimed those scribbles weren't real.

Their president back then is now the president of the Liga.

Nothing's going to happen.

Goodness me, that means we're pretty damn close to a big shocker with the RSOC-Fuentes link. Also, Xabi Alonso was part of the 2002/3 team, so it would cast massive shadows on Spain 2008/10/12.

Also hard to see Spanish media join dots wrt RSOC, but let's hope they do.

Any ideas what happened to them in 2003/4? Their performance dropped massively. Did Fuentes stop working with them? If so, why?

Someone high ranking and super dirty is pulling the strings very tight or more information would of flowed in by now. This has been true from the day they first reported OP to the media in 2006, its almost as if they didn't want cycling in on the program and the investigators accidentally picked up the wrong list of customers that included the non-cyclist. At this point no new identities will be revealed, only those on trial will get the slap on the wrist, unless someone talks to the media, of course will labeled crazy, etc.
