The cyclingnews podcasts are not web friendly because they are encoded with the video streaming option turned off. This is not a problem for IPod users but you must be losing many, many web users because your podcast pages stall until an entire podcast is downloaded. This can result in a 5 minute delay which most users will not understand especially if it looks like their web browser has hung.
