Power Data Estimates for the climbing stages

It's disturbing that a less known is close to Indurain's record. Unless he's a champion in the making.

On climbing records they said thay yates climbed alpe di mera in 28min and 55 seconds, 9.1 km at 9.7%, at 6.5 w/kg. I don't think it was so much, certainly it was 6.3/6.4 w/kg for yates.

Yates' climb was steeper while his climbing speed (1807 m/h) was slower than Pogacar's at Peyresourde (1840 m/h), which means that his watts/kg were lower than Poga's 6.5 w/kg (or 6.6 w/kg according to one formula)
